Your use of this website does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship. The information provided is general in nature and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including test questions, result descriptions, graphics, and software — is the property of PsychLens unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Certain assessments are inspired by public-domain psychological frameworks (e.g., the Five Factor Model, DISC theory, Dr. Gary Chapman's love languages). PsychLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the authors of these frameworks.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR). This means:

• Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, including credit card validation and fraud screening.
• Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
• We do not store your credit card or payment information.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@yourdomain.com with your order number. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: If you request a refund, access to your paid report will be revoked.

Your total liability for using the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific test report that gave rise to the claim.
